The Professional Beauty Association (PBA) is hosting its 8th annual 2019 Distributor Executive Conference on April 17th. The conference will take place at the Hyatt Regency in Deerfield, Illinois.

The PBA will welcome distributors from across the country for the networking and educational event. Speakers will discuss growth and development in today’s ever-changing industry. 

This year’s speakers are Mark Dancer, a leading authority and author on channel innovation and digital transformation; Jason Bader, principal of The Distribution Team, which specializes in providing business coaching, and Cynthia Baker, a social media strategist. 

The Panel Discussions

The conference will feature three speakers during these panel discussions:

Mark Dancer will be leading the panel discussion, Facing the Forces of Change: Opportunities for Innovation & Collaboration. 

Jason Bader will present the panel discussion, Finding the Balance: Inventory Turns & Customer Service.

Cynthia Baker will lead the panel discussion, Beauty of Social: Social Selling Through Distribution.

In addition, a panel on Sales Management will discuss building and managing a strong, motivated, driven and structured sales team.
